1+ year

It's been more than a year since I've updated this site.

I've always been very straightforward, so I'll get to the point.

I became unmotivated with creating banners. I was more than once discouraged from making banners and I've had people that requested my work and then complained about it.

I also lost my photoshop program and I don't like messing with GIMP. It's not for me.

(If you want to give me a Photoshop that works, I'll take it!)

I've also had little inspiration.

I moved to Brazil in February. I'm no longer in SF Bay. I'm sad about that. I'm also very busy here. I start at the local University August 1st. I'm majoring in international relations. I'll also continue working full time. 9am-6pm, taking the bus.

So that's my life right now. I still read Twilight fanfiction. No matter how many times I try to think and convince myself that I need to move forward (I've been reading Twifics since the first movie was announced) I continue coming back to it by a rec, or browsing an author's stories of favorites.

I also continue to be on twitter, I'm there every now and then. :]

Hi there.

I'm still alive. :]

So! I'm taking a break from school this summer, and even though I'll be doing some work, because I really need money, I'll be around a whole bunch more.

I know I've been gone, sorry I didn't leave a message/warning of my absence. I never forgot about you guys, I just had stuff that kept be busy.

I want to go back to making more banners. I really like it, so I want to do more. Simple, yes?

I need a new photo editing program. The photoshop I'm using is old and the new stuff just looks so pretty far away, I'm sure it'll look better in my hands and on the crappy laptop I own.

Heh.

I'm super excited for Eclipse to come out. Seriously. And I have high expectations. And I already have plans to watch the movie 3 different times, with three different people while it's still in theaters.

Yeah, I'll be needing that money.

Scooby Dooby Do, Where are you?

Hiya,
Where are the banners, yo?
So l recently I have finished three banners. These banners are made for upcoming projects. So, I'm waiting until the author of the fics announce that they are launched and posted under their pen panes, only then will I post the banners up here. There are two made.

The other banner is for a contest, I'm waiting to hear from the hosts that they are ready to start the contest, then I will post that banner on my site here too.

Where have you been?
For those of you that are following me on Twitter and tweeting your support, thank you. Your support is indescribable. My mom was hospitalized a few days ago because she was almost on the brink of a diabetic coma, her blood sugar was that high. It feels like the Earth has shattered, rumbled and gave way under my feet. My mom is my Rock of Gibraltar. Her health and happiness is paramount to me.


Ever since, I've been very shaken up, and we're trying to deal with my mom's new condition of Diabetes Type 2. We were fools to not have administered her blood sugar since she was diagnosed as pre-diabetic a few years ago, and now it escalated to this.

And... it's spring break. I go back to school next week.

Once again, that you for all your support, well wishes, and concern. It is truly good - but that's not the right word - to have a support there for you, when in RL, that's hard to find - in my case.

So, I apologize in the mood swings while I'm going through this acceptance or whatever it is.
